How you'll learn

100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so you can combine it with work.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is NASA-TLX, Tobii Pro Lab, X-Plane and Qualtrics, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures for pilot workload assessment, CRM training programme design and human factors analysis of occurrences. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrative project.

Standards covered: ICAO Doc 9683, ICAO Doc 9966, Regulation (EU) 965/2012, EASA SC-VTOL-01, CS 25.1302 (EASA), FAA AC 120-51E, ISO 9241-210.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of ICAO Doc 9683, ICAO Doc 9966 and Regulation (EU) 965/2012 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:NASA-TLX, Tobii Pro Lab, X-Plane and Qualtrics, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Final project:a human factors project for an air taxi operation, from task analysis to fatigue management, reviewed by your tutor.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
