Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

The programme is delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, making it compatible with work.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, SAP Business Technology Platform, Langfuse, Node-RED, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied on real procedures: integrating an assistant with maintenance work orders, assistant pilots with field technicians, and risk analysis of agents that act on systems. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final capstone project.

Standards covered: Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, ISO 14224, ANSI/ISA-95, ISO 9241-110:2020, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), IEC 62443 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, SAP Business Technology Platform, Langfuse and Node-RED, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Final project:a prototype operational assistant for a real process, from architecture and integrations to user testing, risk analysis and deployment plan, reviewed by your tutor.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
Capstone project

Build it end to end

Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.

Process and user selection
Choose an operational process and its users and design the architecture and integrations.
Operational context
Prepare the asset data and documentation the assistant will rely on.
Prototype and user testing
Implement the prototype and test it with operators and technicians.
Risk and deployment plan
Analyse risks and oversight and define the deployment plan and metrics.
Final project
Pilot value analysis, report and presentation, reviewed by your tutor.
