Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so it can be combined with work.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, ClickHouse, Grafana and InfluxDB, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Real procedures are studied: continuous OEE calculation from plant telemetry, anomaly detection and alerting on sensor streams, and load testing and recovery of streaming pipelines. Assessment is continuous by module plus the final integrative project.

Standards covered: IEC 62443, ISO 22400-2, ANSI/ISA-18.2, IEC 62541 (OPC UA), ISO/IEC 20922 (MQTT), ANSI/ISA-95, ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of IEC 62443, ISO 22400-2 and ANSI/ISA-18.2 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, ClickHouse, Grafana and InfluxDB, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Final project:a documented real-time analytics system for a real operational case, from event ingestion and continuous KPIs to dashboards, alerts and failure testing, reviewed by your tutor.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
