How you'll learn

100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so the course is compatible with full-time work.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standards and applied exercises. The working software is QGIS, SPSS, BREEAM Communities, KoboToolbox and Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Real procedures are studied, including neighbourhood social diagnoses, health impact assessments and quality-of-life surveys. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrating project.

Standards covered: Spanish Urban Agenda 2019; UN-Habitat New Urban Agenda; ISO 37101; ISO 37120; Law 12/2023 on the Right to Housing; Law 33/2011 on Public Health; Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of the Spanish Urban Agenda 2019, the UN-Habitat New Urban Agenda and ISO 37101 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:QGIS, SPSS, BREEAM Communities, KoboToolbox and Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Final project:a socially sustainable urban design project with its social diagnosis, indicator system and monitoring plan, reviewed by your tutor.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
