How you'll learn
A 100% online programme on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so it can be combined with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original regulations and applied exercises. The working software is QGIS, Agisoft Metashape, Revit, CloudCompare and AutoCAD, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures for photogrammetric surveys, building pathology studies and the preparation of protection catalogues. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: Ley 16/1985, the 1972 UNESCO World Heritage Convention, the 2011 UNESCO Recommendation on the Historic Urban Landscape, the 1964 Venice Charter, the 1987 Washington Charter, Real Decreto Legislativo 7/2015, CTE DB-HE and UNE-EN 16883.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
