How you'll learn
A 100% online programme on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so it can be combined with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original regulations and applied exercises. The working software is Decidim, CONSUL Democracy, Maptionnaire, Miro and KoboToolbox, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures for participatory assessment workshops, participatory budgeting processes and georeferenced digital consultations. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: the Aarhus Convention, Ley 27/2006, Ley 19/2013, Ley 39/2015, Ley 7/1985, Real Decreto Legislativo 7/2015 and Council of Europe Recommendation CM/Rec(2018)4.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
