How you'll learn
Training is 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so the programme can be combined with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SimaPro, openLCA, GaBi (Sphera LCA for Experts) and ecoinvent, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: an environmental audit of an integration cleanroom, life cycle assessment of an observation mission and verification of REACH compliance across a space supply chain. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management systems, ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for auditing management systems, ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 Life cycle assessment, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 REACH, Regulation (EC) 1221/2009 EMAS, ISO 14064-1 Quantification of greenhouse gases, Directive (EU) 2022/2464 CSRD, Regulation (EU) 2020/852 Taxonomy.
