How you'll learn
Fully 100 % online training on the SEIUM Institute campus, with downloadable materials, recorded lectures and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine study with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, PolyWorks Inspector, FARO CAM2, Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical cases cover real dimensional verification procedures in the garage after an incident, parts traceability audits and simulated batch recalls. Assessment is continuous, module by module, plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Design a unique part identification system.
Manage material, manufacturing and treatment batches.
Control the life and status of critical components.
Carry out quick dimensional checks on track.
Establish inspection criteria for receiving and dispatch.
