How you'll learn
Training 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine the course with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is ABB RobotStudio, FANUC ROBOGUIDE WeldPRO, Fronius WeldCube, RoboDK, Universal Robots PolyScope, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Case studies are based on real welding procedure qualification records, force measurement in collaborative applications, and visual and macrographic bead inspection. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrating project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Select the appropriate robotic welding process.
Configure the equipment of a welding cell.
Programme welding paths with joint tracking.
Qualify procedures and operators according to ISO standards.
Integrate collaborative handling into the cell.
