How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so the programme is compatible with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original regulations and standards, and applied exercises. The working software is GlobalSuite, OneTrust, FOSSA and Microsoft Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are built on real procedures: design of a criminal compliance system, preparation of a CE marking technical file and a software licence audit. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: ISO 37301:2021, Spanish Organic Act 10/1995, Criminal Code (Article 31 bis), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), ISO 37001:2016, Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Spanish Act 2/2023, Regulation (EU) 1025/2012.
