How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM Institute campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the enrolment period, which makes it possible to combine the course with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is IMDS, GaBi, SimaPro, advanced Excel, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied using real recyclability calculation procedures, treatment facility audits and component dismantling analyses. Assessment is continuous, by module, plus a final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Explain the framework of the ELV Directive and its transposition into Spanish law.
Identify restricted substances and their exemptions.
Describe the decontamination and treatment process for vehicles at the end of their life.
Calculate recyclability and recovery rates in accordance with ISO 22628.
