Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme can be combined with your job.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Minitab, SAP QM, ETQ Reliance and Q-Pulse, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures for supplier audits, first article inspection and process capability studies. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final project.

Standards covered: AQAP-2110, ISO 9001:2015, STANAG 4107, AQAP-2070, AQAP-2105, AS9100D, AS9102, ISO 2859-1.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of AQAP-2110, ISO 9001:2015 and STANAG 4107 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:Minitab, SAP QM, ETQ Reliance and Q-Pulse, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Final project:a quality system for a defence product and supplier, with process map, quality plan, supplier control, inspection plan and non-conformity management, reviewed by your tutor.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
