How you'll learn
Delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so it fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original legislation and applied exercises. The working software is QGIS, CE3X, CYPE, Power BI and SketchUp, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: integrated neighbourhood diagnoses, retrofitting feasibility studies and resident participation processes. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: Royal Legislative Decree 7/2015; Law 12/2023; Royal Decree 853/2021; Royal Decree 42/2022; Directive (EU) 2024/1275; Spanish Technical Building Code DB-HE; Spanish Urban Agenda 2019.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
