How you'll learn
Delivered 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so the programme fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SolidWorks, Fusion 360, KiCad, MATLAB/Simulink and Grafana, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: EN 17128 conformity checks, motor and controller diagnostics and analysis of lithium battery incidents. Assessment is continuous, module by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: Royal Decree 970/2020, EN 17128, Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, EN 50604-1, UN Manual of Tests and Criteria (UN 38.3), Directive 2006/42/EC, IEC 62133-2, Directive 2014/30/EU.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
