Questions from Singapore
Will SEIUM help me register as a professional engineer in Singapore?
SEIUM does not guarantee registration. Registration as a professional engineer is decided by the Professional Engineers Board, and learners should verify the requirements with the Board before enrolling.
Can I study while working full time in Singapore?
Yes. The programmes are 100% online, and learners can organise their study around work hours, with recorded material and a dedicated technical tutor supporting progress at a flexible pace.
Take the controls.
Run a real engineering trade-off from this field. Move the sliders, watch the model react in real time and beat the challenge.
What you will be able to do
Describe the specifications and properties of aviation fuels.
Apply quality controls across the supply chain.
Carry out safe refuelling procedures in line with JIG and NFPA 407.
Identify fire, static electricity and spill risks.

How you'll learn
Training is 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so you can combine it with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standards and applied exercises. The working software is i6 fuel management, DNV PHAST, Microsoft Power BI and SAP Oil & Gas, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: quality inspection at an airport fuel facility, verification of a pressure refuelling procedure and risk assessment of an operation with passengers on board. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final project.
Standards covered: EI/JIG 1530, JIG 1, ASTM D1655, DEF STAN 91-091, NFPA 407, EI 1583, ICAO Doc 9977, Regulation (EU) 2023/2405 ReFuelEU Aviation.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
