How you'll learn
Fully 100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine the programme with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Vector MICROSAR Adaptive, Eclipse iceoryx, eProsima Fast DDS, Eclipse Cyclone DDS, Wireshark, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied through real implementation procedures for perception services with ara::com, DDS QoS tuning for sensor data, and latency measurement in a distributed pipeline. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Understand the evolution towards service-oriented software architectures.
Use the functional clusters of AUTOSAR Adaptive.
Implement service-oriented communication with ara::com and SOME/IP.
Configure DDS and its quality of service policies.
