How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable materials, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so you can combine the programme with your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original regulations and applied exercises. The working software is NAVEX EthicsPoint, Microsoft Forms, Miro and Microsoft Excel, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Cases are studied on real procedures: ethical analysis of a certification case, design of a corporate whistleblowing channel and assessment of integrity risks in an international sale. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrative project.
Standards covered: ISO 37001:2016, ISO 37301:2021, Law 2/2023 on whistleblower protection, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act 2010, 2013 Arms Trade Treaty, Common Position 2008/944/CFSP, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
