How you'll learn
Training is 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so it is compatible with full-time work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is SISTEMA (IFA), Pilz PAScal, Safexpert, Siemens Safety Evaluation and EPLAN Electric P8, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures for machinery risk assessment, performance level calculation and cybersecurity analysis of cells. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, ISO 12100:2010, ISO 13849-1:2023, IEC 62061:2021, IEC 62443-3-2:2020, IEC 60204-1:2016, IEC TR 63069:2019, Directive 2006/42/EC.
