How you'll learn
A 100% online programme on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so you can combine it with your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Vector CANoe, Keysight Scienlab, Rohde & Schwarz EMC32 and Comemso EV-Box tester, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures: type testing of charging equipment, electromagnetic compatibility testing during charging, and interoperability and conformance testing. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final Master's Thesis.
Standards covered: UNECE R100, IEC 61851-1, ISO 15118-2, Regulation (EU) 2018/858, IEC 62196-2, UNECE R10, ISO/IEC 17025, Directive 2014/32/EU (MID).
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
