How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so it fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Wireshark, Transas Navi-Trainer (Wärtsilä NTPRO), Nessus and Kongsberg K-Sim, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Testing is studied through real procedures for integrated bridge risk analysis, redesign of segmented navigation networks and loss-of-positioning drills. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: IACS UR E26, IACS UR E27, Resolution MSC.428(98), IEC 61162-450, IEC 61924-2, IEC 63154, SOLAS Chapter V, IEC 62443-3-3.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
