How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within each intake, so it can be combined with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standards and applied exercises. The working software is Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, Operis Analysis Kit and Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Practical work is based on real procedures: building financial models, technical due diligence of projects and analysis of EPC contracts. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrating project.
Standards covered: Equator Principles (EP4), IFC Performance Standards (2012), Regulation (EU) 2020/852, Regulation (EU) 2023/2631, FIDIC Silver Book 2017, Law 9/2017, Basel III.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
