Methodology, software & labs

How you'll learn

Training is 100% online on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable materials, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so it fits around your job.

Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Grafana and PagerDuty, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: simulated management of a major incident, root cause analysis of recurring problems and defining the SLOs of a platform. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrated project.

Standards covered: ISO/IEC 20000-1, ITIL 4, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 10002, COBIT 2019, ISO/IEC 19086-1.

Assigned technical tutor:every module ends with a deliverable that your tutor marks individually.
Standards-based learning:guided reading of ISO/IEC 20000-1, ITIL 4 and ISO/IEC 27001 applied to real cases, not as a theoretical annex.
Industry software:ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Grafana and PagerDuty, in free, academic or evaluation versions.
Final project:A documented service management project with processes, support model and SLAs/SLOs, reviewed by your tutor.
Flexible format:100% online, no fixed timetables, compatible with full-time work.
