How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: you progress at your own pace within the intake, so it fits around your job.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is CKAN, OpenMetadata, Apache Atlas, ARX Data Anonymization Tool and Talend Data Quality, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Exercises are based on real procedures: building a municipal data asset map, assessing the quality of open datasets and drafting a data sharing policy. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final integrated project.
Standards covered: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2022/868, Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, Directive (EU) 2019/1024, Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), UNE 178301, ISO/IEC 25012, ISO/IEC 38505-1.
