Exercises are based on real procedures: designing the experience map for a charter, drawing up luxury service protocols and analysing guest satisfaction. Assessment is continuous by module, plus the final project.
Standards covered: ISO 10002, ISO 9001, MYBA charter agreement, REG Yacht Code, MLC 2006, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 GDPR.
