How you'll learn
100% online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and an assigned technical tutor. There are no fixed timetables: students progress at their own pace within the enrolment period, which makes it compatible with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is CAMRAD II, FLIGHTLAB, MATLAB/Simulink, Ansys medini analyze, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Case studies are based on real procedures: analysis of helicopter accident reports, system safety assessments and review of certification processes. Assessment is continuous by module, plus a final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Describe the technical characteristics of rotary-wing aircraft.
Apply airworthiness and certification requirements.
Analyse accidents and the attribution of responsibilities.
Assess the social and environmental impact of their use.
Identify tensions between innovation, deadlines and safety.
