How you'll learn
100 % online training on the SEIUM campus, with downloadable material, recorded classes and assigned technical tutor. No fixed timetable: the student progresses at their own pace within the intake, which makes it possible to combine it with work.
Each module combines theory, guided reading of the original standard and applied exercises. The working software is Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek Claims, UiPath, Camunda (BPMN), Power BI, in free, academic or evaluation versions. Tests are studied on real claims-flow automation procedures, supplier integration tests and performance dashboards. Assessment is continuous per module plus the final integrative project.
Build it end to end
Your final project follows the real engineering workflow, step by step, reviewed by your tutor.
Compare the main claims management platforms.
Automate stages of the claims process using rules and robotic process automation.
Integrate data and services from external suppliers into the platform.
Apply operational resilience and data protection requirements.
Define controls and quality metrics for the automated process.
